Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Orders ship from China. We select the carrier and shipping service based on the destination and order; customers cannot choose a shipping service at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Europe, UK, and Australia: 10–20 business days
- Asia (excluding China): 7–15 business days
- China: 5–10 business days
- Other available destinations: 15–30 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress on the carrier’s website.
