Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide from China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: Standard Shipping 10–20 business days; Express Shipping 5–10 business days
- Europe / UK / Australia: Standard Shipping 10–20 business days; Express Shipping 5–10 business days
- Asia (excluding China): Standard Shipping 7–15 business days
- China: Standard Shipping 5–10 business days
- Other regions: Standard Shipping 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
